Nitro IEView Concept

Hi! I made this concept for Miranda IEView and i wanna code this, but i'am affraid, i don't have required knowlegde and skills. I'm looking for "co-designer" or any documentation about IEView.

This is only magneta color version. In near future i wanna create few others like orange, blue, black, crimson and others.

Waiting for suggestions and opinions
